Return to simplicity
In today’s world, we often make things unnecessarily complicated. Our system is overwhelmed by advertising, social media, the many roles we voluntarily take on, and a lack of rest, sleep, and self-care.
Come with us into a space where you can let all of this go, slow down, and nourish yourself. In simplicity—without masks, without pressure, without expectations. Just you, nature, good food and company, music, and your body, which knows exactly what it needs.
Through movement, dance, and care for the body, we will dive inward—into the present moment and into a freedom that does not follow current trends.

Into soltitude, into nature, in movement…
The world is getting faster and faster, and our system sometimes screams, “Slow down already! Stop! Rest!”
When we listen, things are usually fine. When we keep going, we often get sick.
Give yourself time where you can. Dance will be your companion.
It can be gentle, slow, and meditative.
It can be wild, raw, and untamed.
It can be anything in between.
Every movement is right because it comes from you. No judgment, no limits. Just flowing in the present moment.
Dance has always been within us. It’s not about technique, steps, or doing it “correctly.” It’s about what happens inside—how the body responds to music, how it expresses itself without words, how it releases tension and opens space for the new.

What to expect?
A daily dance program divided into several blocks, with plenty of breaks for rest.
Diverse morning musical journeys led by several experienced spaceholders and dance instructors.
Optional evening program with a variety of different activities.
Free time to spend in nature.
Care for your body, with the option of individual bodywork sessions and massages.
The supportive energy of a group of like-minded people.
Humor, lightness, and a space where you can belong.
You don’t need any previous dance experience. All you need is the willingness to explore, experiment, and allow yourself to be.

“This workshop isn’t just about dance. It’s about returning to yourself, to the joy of movement, to the feeling that life can be light, raw, and authentic. And that things are easier to navigate in community…”
Jakub Moulis
Jakub Moulis is an enthusiast of movement, music, and dance, with a cheeky sense of humor, boundless zest for life, and a deep compassion for humanity. Since 2012, he has been organizing and leading workshops, working with groups and individuals, and helping people explore the depths of their inner beliefs to rediscover a sense of safety, freedom, and inner strength. For many years, he studied with mentors Adam Barley, Erik Iversen, and Jullian Gustavson.
“I love dance, working with the body, and exploring what shapes and influences us in life. I am a music enthusiast who enjoys observing how music affects our behavior and experience. I bring my passion for free expression through movement and dance into my workshops and individual work.
I have been devoted to dance since 2015, and from the very beginning, I was completely captivated by it. My path is about creating a space where people can truly meet themselves and others—a space where one can belong. A space where there is always a shoulder to cry on, where a fresh touch of humor can lighten the situation when needed, and where the word “sacred” is not just an empty slogan.”

Who will take care of your body’s well-being:

Elena Solomou (CY)
As an Alexander Technique and conscious movement instructor, I admire the incredible design of the human body, naturally built for grace and ease. Yet habits of tension often create obstacles, and learning to overcome them is a lifelong practice.
This is what I bring to my individual sessions—a chance to recognize habits, pause, release what no longer serves you, let go of tension, and choose freedom. It is a practical experience that involves gentle touch and subtle movement.
With Elena, you will have the opportunity to experience individual Alexander Technique sessions.

Jayananda (CZ)
In my work, I combine the essence of conscious touch with a wide range of massage techniques and bodywork. I draw on the principles of biodynamic body psychotherapy, traditional and modern Far Eastern massage approaches (Thai, Ayurvedic, tantric, reflexology, etc.), aromatherapy, and more. I like to combine touch with yoga practice and breathing, communication, and constellation skills.
I see massage as a safe space for relaxation, regeneration, and a return to the natural perception of one's own body. I tailor each session to the client's current needs, respecting their boundaries and life situation.
Touch can be a path to deep relaxation, harmonization of the nervous system, and gently opening up space for inner change. I believe that if we want to expand the boundaries of our body and consciousness, it is important to do so lovingly and at a pace we choose ourselves.
