Return to simplicity
In these times, we often make things too complicated for ourselves. Our system is overwhelmed by advertisements, social media, the many roles we willingly take and play, and the lack of rest, sleep and self-care.
Join us for a journey into a space where you can throw all this away, slow down and nourish yourself. In simplicity - with no masks, no pressure, no expectations. Just you, nature, healthy delicious food and a good company, music and your body knowing exactly what it needs.
With the help of movement and dance practice and nurturing the body, we will immerse ourselves in the present moment and the freedom that doesn't follow current trends.
31 July - 4 August

Retreat into shelter, into nature, moving...
The world is getting faster and faster and our whole system is screaming: "Slow down already! Stop! Relax!"
If we listen, everything is usually fine. If we keep going, we often get sick.
Give yourself a space, where you actually can. Dance will be our companion.
It can be gentle, slow and meditative.
It can be wild, raw and untamed.
It can be anything in between.
Every movement is right because it comes from you. No judgement, no limitations. Just flowing in the present moment.
Dance has always been within us. It's not about technique, steps or proper execution. It's about what's going on inside - how the body responds to the music, how it expresses itself without words, how it frees itself from tension and opens up space for the new to be born.

What's coming up?
Daily dance program divided into several blocks, with sufficient breaks for rest.
Diverse morning musical journeys from the hands of several experienced spaceholders and dance instructors.
Optional evening programme with several different options.
Free time for being in nature.
Taking care of your own body with the help of trained Trager approach and Alexander Technique therapists.
The supportive energy of a group of like-minded people.
Humour, lightness and a space where you can belong.
You don't need previous dance experience. You just need a willingness to explore, discover and allow yourself to BE.

"This workshop is not just about dancing. It is about coming back to yourself, to the joy of movement, to the feeling that life can be light, raw, real. And that life gets easier in a community..."
Jakub Moulis
Jakub Moulis is a movement, music and dance enthusiast with an incorrect sense of humour, boundless zest for life and a great deal of compassion for humanity. Since 2012, he has been organizing and leading workshops, working with groups and individuals to help people tap into the depths of their inner beliefs so that they can once again find a sense of security, freedom and inner strength within themselves. His mentors are Adam Barley, Erik Iversen and Jullian Gustavson.
"I love dance, working with the body and exploring what shapes and influences us in life. I am a music enthusiast who enjoys observing how different tones affects our behavior and experience. I bring my passion for free expression through movement and dance into my workshops and individual work.
I've been dancing since 2015 and from the very beginning I fell completely in love with it. My way is to create a space where people can really meet themselves and others. A space where one can belong. A space where there's always a shoulder to cry on, where a fresh breeze of humor lightens the situation when needed and where the word sacred isn't just a slogan to promote."

Who will take care of the well-being of the body:

Elena Solomou (CY)
As an Alexander Technique teacher and conscious movement dancer, I have come to marvel at the incredible design of the human body—naturally built for grace and ease. Yet, habitual tension creates obstacles, and learning to move beyond them is a lifelong practice.
This is what I bring to my one-to-one sessions—an opportunity to recognize habits, pause, release what no longer serves, let go of tension, and choose freedom. It’s a hands-on experience, incorporating light touch and subtle movement. With Elena, you will have the opportunity to experience an individual session of the Alexander Technique.

Michaela Neumann (CZ)
A psychotherapist who has been dancing freely all her life and perceives life and spirit in movement. Michaela is a practitioner of the Trager approach and it will be possible to book individual sessions with her during the retreat.
The Trager approach is a teaching of feeling, of experiencing oneself. It affects neurological, psychological and movement issues in the body.
It has the ability to give you deep relaxation.
